The Glenkens Playgroup provides quality pre-school education in the heart of the Glenkens, that is the areas of Carsphairn, St John's Town of Dalry, Balmaclellan and New Galloway.

Children can start at the playgroup at the age of 2 1/2 years, with a session costing £5.  (This includes cost of a snack). 

Children over 3 years old receive funded sessions from the start of the first school term following their 3rd birthday.
